The Utility 7 from the Grosfillex plastic shed range. This well specified, easily assembled 'modular' PVC product is ideal for low maintenance storage. Finished in a white framing with pastel coloured blue/grey or green/grey boarding (no cost option, just select which you prefer), the Grosfillex Utility models truly offer modern, maintenance-free, easy to clean storage. All interlocking wall cladding has a thickness of 26mm, with the Utility shed benefitting from 'full-height' 6'2 eaves (side walls) which offer good internal access. The part-glazed double door is 1.44mm (4'8) wide and is supplied complete with a key lock and handle. This model also benefits from two 545x275mm high-level windows. Grosfillex sheds do not have floors, therefore you should provide a level concrete or paved base to support and seal this product upon. Gable includes screened vents to promote airflow. For peace of mind, Grosfillex offer a 10 year guarantee upon product workmanship. Modular (loose components, not sectional) self-assembly by customer, instructions supplied. Product requires a solid and level (concrete or paving) existing base for support.
This product requires the provision of a concrete or paved base of 3.60m x 2.80m to enable product assembly and support, as Grosfillex garden buildings are supplied without floors.
