The 8' approx' wide Chancellor Metal Shed from the Walton range. This North American product offers the benefit of requiring no maintenance, due to the use of painted, galvanised steel cladding, of which offers the benefit of a manufacturers 12 year 'no rust perforation' guarantee. The lockable (holed for padlock, not supplied) double sliding doors are fitted internally, complete with a full width door entry / exit ramp. Other features include triple roof beams for additional support and vented gables to promote airflow. A level concrete or paved base must always be provided for this product. An optional, non-supporting timber solid sheet floor (OSB) can be selected as an option, to act as a raised floor. The door opening width is 3'4". Screwed self assembly only. Grey exterior wall finish.
Note: This shed is designed to be bolted onto an existing, level concrete or paved base. A floor is NOT supplied, however an internal, non-supporting solid sheet floor (OSB) can be selected as an option. |
