The Brighton Summerhouse from the Walton Summerhouses range. The Brighton summerhouse is a competitively priced, compact summerhouse - ideal for the smaller garden for storage or as a welcome retreat. With its part-glazed front and side return windows plenty of daylight will flood in - making the interior feel spacious and airy. All front and side windows shown are fixed (non-opening), being glazed in a safety styrene. Supplied with a 1.13m (3'8) wide part-glazed double door as standard, centrally positioned within the 7' front; complete with lock and key. The walls of the Brighton are constructed from tongue and groove shiplap cladding upon 27 x 32mm framing, whereas the roof and floor are formed from solid sheet OSB (resin bonded board). The roof has a 225mm (9 inch) front overhang/canopy. Supplied basecoat treated at works, with a recommendation that you re-treat with your own preservative during or immediately after construction. Supplied with roofing felt and fixings as required. Self-assembly by customer (instructions supplied).
