The Helston Summerhouse from our Larchlap range. This traditionally-styled compact wooden summerhouse is ideal for relaxing or entertaining even in the smallest of garden, due to its 7'4 x 6' footprint. Fully glazed double doors and the front fixed windows allow in plenty of light, making this smaller structure both light and airy. Formed from shiplap tongue and groove clad walls to offer stability and weather-proofing, the Larchlap Helston summerhouse is constructed using a 45 x 28mm 'standard' framing. This apex-roof summerhouse is supplied complete with a 1.78m high x 1.12m wide double door, secured with a key-operated lock. All Helston door fittings are black antique-style. Other key Larchlap benefits include free basecoat dip-treatment and a 10 year manufacturers anti-rot guarantee. Glazing is 1.5mm safety styrene to the fixed windows. Supplied pre-dipped in a primer coat of timber treatment at the factory, which should be refreshed after assembly and annually. Supplied with felt, fixings, styrene and instructions for self-assembly only.
