The Shiplap Premium Wall Store is the mid-range model in the Windsor range, but despite its relative low cost this well-specified garden building offers great storage potential; especially due to the fact that you can install the single door at either gable end. With a maximum building external ridge of 7', the increased height offers considerable internal height too for all manner of storage possibilities. Yet, with a small footprint of only 6'1 x 3'4 this compact, handy wooden storage unit is ideal where space is at a premium; especially adjacent to your home. This Shiplap Premium Wall Store has a sloping pent roof and is supplied complete with a 5'6 (1.67m) high x 2'5 (0.75m) wide single door (can be installed at either gable end), secured with padbolt (padlock not supplied). Another key benefit is the free basecoat treatment (applied at works). Specifications include OSB solid sheet (resin board, similar to chipboard) to the roof and floor, with 12mm tongue and groove cladding upon a larger-than-usual 27 x 45mm framing to the walls. Supplied basecoat treated in a primer coat of timber treatment at the factory, which should be refreshed after assembly and annually thereafter. Supplied with felt, fixings and instructions for self-assembly only.
