The Standard Pent from the Treetops Traditional range. This model is clad with quality Deal Redwood 12mm PAR finished (16mm nominal) tongued and grooved (T&G) shiplap cladding, that enhances both the quality and appearance of the building. Internally, the building benefits from chamfered (rounded) edges upon the corners of the 44 x 27mm framing, in keeping with the high standard of construction throughout. Fixed windows are fitted to the front (high) section. Where a front door position (B, C or D) is selected, sufficient space may not remain for the full window quantity (any window balance can be moved without charge to a gable end by request). Opening windows can be specified as an option. A single 5'5" x 2'6" door is fitted, securable by key lock. As an alternative, a stable-style single door can be requested. Self-assembly by customer (instructions supplied). Manufacturers advise that the building will require re-treating with 6 weeks of delivery/installation and annually thereafter with a quality wood preservative. Approximately 1 foot/300mm should be left around the entire building to aid air flow around the building and access to re-treat.
