The Dutch Barn Playhouse is a larger-than-average playhouse that's offered in an attractive barn-style design; all to encourage role play and enjoyment for your child or grandchild. Built to exceptional safety standards to meet Toy Standard BS EN71, the Windsor Honeypot playhouses are constructed from Pine with an attention to detail and their natural look will enhance your garden. This model has child safety features that include a 12mm non-trap gap to the hanging stile side of the door, while the glazing is of a non-shatter Styrene to the compliment of fixed windows. The walls of the Dutch Barn Playhouse are clad with planed shiplap 12mm tongue and groove boarding upon a 27x32mm framing, while the roof and floor are constructed using solid sheet board. The single door is 1.12m (3'8) high x 0.60m (2') wide. Supplied complete with all glazing, roofing felt, fixings and instructions. Self-assembly by customer.
