The Base Camp from the Treetop Traditional range is a superb, quality playhouse that includes an integral 2'6" verandah (included in 10'6" x 10'). This model also benefits from an internal first floor area and ladder. Two internal bunks are included, the upper being 2'6" x 9'8" and the lower being 3'8" x 5'11" in size. Clad with quality Deal Redwood 12mm PAR finished (16mm nominal) tongued and grooved (T&G) shiplap cladding, that enhances both the quality and appearance of the building. Internally, the building benefits from chamfered (rounded) edges upon the corners of the 44 x 27mm framing, in keeping with the high standard of construction throughout. Supplied with four fixed windows having safety acrylic glazing. Access is provided by the single front door, fitted using antique style fittings. Pre-treated with one coat of spirit-based preservative. Self assembly by customer (instructions supplied). This product complies with safety standard EN71 (safety hinges, magnetic catches, ventilation etc).
