The Lads Shed wooden playhouse from the Shire Littlehouses range. This children's playhouse is great for kids that wish to have their own little hideaway in the garden... Just like Dad hides away in his own shed! This shed-style wooden playhouse (not for adults though, even though you'd think it was a full-size shed as it looks so good) is constructed in the same robust materials as Shire's 'Dads' sheds. To offer assurance and peace of mind, this playhouse is constructed to child safety standard BS5665 EN71 using quality planed Softwood from sustainable sources. The walls are formed from tongue and groove boarding upon a 35 x 35mm framework, while the roof and floor are OSB (resin bonded board). The Shire Lads Shed Playhouse includes one opening window with safety styrene glazing. The single door is 1.10m (3'8) high x 0.63m (2'1) wide, being complete with a safety hinge and a roller catch. Treated inside and out with a water-based honey-brown treatment, with a recommendation that you should apply a top coat of your choice within 3 months. Supplied with felt, fixings, styrene and instructions for self-assembly. This product is made in the UK by Shire, an established, leading garden building manufacturer for over 50 years.
