The Little Tikes Richmond Treehouse Play System is a particularly striking product to come from the Little Tikes outdoor play range. It features an idyllically attractive raised playhouse whereby access is gained via a ladder leading to a verandah. The playhouse has a neat apex roof, with shuttered windows and a Dutch barn style door. There is a generous 1.45m square sandbox situated beneath the treehouse, and also included is a giant, 1.8m wavy slide and three swings. All moulded from robust plastic, you get two standard swing seats and a disc swing for the more accomplished swingers. Each swing is height adjustable so as to accommodate your growing little ones. We all know children just love to slide and swing – as such this will make an invaluable addition to any child's play area or garden. Maximum weight per child recommended as 45kg. Nine can play at a time. Suitable for children aged 3 years and over. It is important that this play system is anchored to the ground with some cement. Comes supplied with the anchor kit but not the cement. Be prepared to dig a few holes in the ground for this purpose. The wood used for this climbing set is FSC approved and treated for durability. The metal parts are powder coated for longevity. Comes with instructions and all fixtures for self-assembly. Comes with a 10 year anti-rot warranty on all wood and a 5 year warranty for the metal parts.
