Following options will help you when navigating our phone system.
Once you dialed our number you will hear a welcome message followed by following options:
Option 1. for SALES (please note that our sales staff cannot answer delivery or customer care queries)
Option 2. for DELIVERY (this option is currently being worked on)
Option 3. for CUSTOMER CARE
Selecting the most relevant option for your needs WILL help you get to the correct department and allow us to handle your inquiry much faster.

During our office hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm - Monday to Friday, we accept telephone orders and enquiries upon the following numbers:
- Sales enquiries: 0844 8500 710 - local rate number (option 1 on our phone system)
- Customer service & general enquiries: 0844 8500 710 - local rate number (option 3 on our phone system)
- For those customers unable to access '08' numbers (local rate numbers), please call 0118 946 4182.

We can accept faxed orders, general enquiries and correspondence upon the following number:
- All faxes: 0844 8500 720 - local rate number
By e-Mail
We can accept pre-sale, post-sale or general enquiries upon the following e-mail addresses:
- For sales enquiries: sales@shedstore.co.uk
- For delivery/schedule enquiries: delivery@shedstore.co.uk
- For post-sale order enquiries*: customercare@shedstore.co.uk
* To enable prompt handling, all customer care emails should contain your invoice and/or transaction number, your name, address, telephone number and the product(s) ordered, along with the nature of your enquiry.
Note: We employ extensive mail server protection against spam/virus attack. On occasion a legitimate email may be delayed, deleted or quarantined by the system. If you do not receive a reply to your email within 2 working days, please call us for assistance.
